Tab rendering fixes & visual polish:
- Resolved HTML tag parsing errors within audit descriptions by escaping HTML sequences prior to markdown processing. This fixes rendering failures for Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO tabs.
- Adjusted inner padding of cards (INSIGHTS and DIAGNOSTICS) to ensure consistent 24px layout margins on desktop screens.
- Removed borders and shadows around overview active gauge icons.
